Saturday August 9th
8–9am – Breakfast
9:30–11:30am – Morning Flow Yoga and Pranayama
12–1:00pm – Lunch
1–4pm – Free Time
(read a novel, sip wine on the deck, visit your neighbors, soak in the bathtub, walk in nature, meditate, write in your journal, or take a nap)
4–5pm – Meditation Class offered by Ratna Ling
5:30–6:15 pm – Dinner
6:45–9pm – Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

8:00–10:00am – Yoga, Mantra, and Meditation
10:00–11:00am – Brunch
