Private lessons are excellent for beginners as well as those looking to deepen and enrich an existing practice. Private lessons also provide a forum for delving into other yogic practices, such as meditation and breath work, and provide a space to address any physical, emotional, or spiritual issues that arise in your practice. Private instruction can be one-on-one or in a small group setting.
