Anjaneyasana (low lunges)
High crescent lunges + twist
Prasarita Padottanasana (wide legged forward fold) + twist
Utkatasana (Chair Pose) + Lift heals and balance on toes
Phalakasana (Plank pose) *Hold for 5-10 breaths
Shalabhasana (Flying Cobra) + with hands clasped behind you or holding a strap
Adho Mukha Svanasana (down dog)
Gorudasana (Eagle pose)
Utthita Hasta Padangustasana 3 (Standing balance twist) *Modify! Bend the lifted leg and hold the knee, rather than extending the leg, and reach opposite arm back to twist the torso.
Vira Bhadrasana 3 (Warrior 3)
