Start with an urban hiking journey through beautiful San Francisco and finish with a yoga practice in a refreshing outdoor setting. Build heat, endurance, strength, flexibly, and balance while being inspired by amazing scenery and fresh air. Entire event takes 2 hours.
What to bring:
– Yoga mat which is held by a strap or a convenient yoga mat bag so you can hike with it. *If you don’t have a yoga mat please ask in advanced and one maybe provided.
– Water bottle.
