Start an Optimal Yoga Practice this Summer! Refine your approach to Vinyasa and Hatha Flow yoga.
Discover how to flow with sensitivity so as not to lose alignment in transitions. Learn how to move safely with precision and strength to avoid unneccessary injuries. In this workshop we will take the time to explore alignment in each pose and go deeper with longer holds. We will cover the standing poses of a basic sun salutation, as well as some deeply beneficial shoulder openers, hip openers, playful arm balances, and conclude with an appropriate cool down. Spending this time to go deeper and increase your sensitivity will provide new insights and breakthroughs in your practice.
