Throwback! 10 years ago (2014). Yoga practice on the roof of my apartment building in San Francisco, CA. I was busy teaching 15 yoga classes a week in the city and leading yoga teacher trainings at Yoga Garden SF (now called @wearefolksf). Fast forward to today (2024) and I’m Program Director of the 200 hour teacher training which I created for the @greenyogi.berkeley I’m proud to say it’s turned into an excellent program and I’m blessed to have some super great instructors on my team teaching it. I put put all my heart, soul, and almost 2 decades of teaching knowledge into this program. Our graduates go on to teach real yoga classes becoming successful teachers, and greatly deepen their own practice and understanding of yoga. Our next training begins January 7th, 2025 and is already almost SOLD OUT! The early bird registration closes this week on thanksgiving day.
