Yoga is a natural way to strengthen your immune system. The practice of hatha yoga really comes in handy during the flu season and the hectic holiday time. Try doing this short but powerful yoga sequence a few times a week to fortify your immune system and stay happy and healthy through the winter.
I’ve created this 28 minute class on YogaVibes so you can practice at home or on the road anytime!

If you don’t have time to watch the video now… Here is the immunity sequence I recommend:
Anjaneyasana (low lunges)
High crescent lunges + twist
Prasarita Padottanasana (wide legged forward fold) + twist
Utkatasana (Chair Pose) + Lift heals and balance on toes
Phalakasana (Plank pose) *Hold for 5-10 breaths
Shalabhasana (Flying Cobra) + with hands clasped behind you or holding a strap
Adho Mukha Svanasana (down dog)
Gorudasana (Eagle pose)
Utthita Hasta Padangustasana 3 (Standing balance twist) *Modify! Bend the lifted leg and hold the knee, rather than extending the leg, and reach opposite arm back to twist the torso.
Vira Bhadrasana 3 (Warrior 3)
Virasana (Supported reclining hero pose)
Viparita Karani (legs up the wall pose)
